A Canadian account at a European cashier. That is the shortest honest description of this brand, and it explains most of what follows in our Boo Casino review. The operator holds a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, publishes versioned terms, and lets you open an account in Canadian dollars. Yet every amount Boo Casino prints, from the smallest deposit threshold to the largest payout ceiling, is written in euros.
We read the site as a Canadian visitor sees it on 18 September 2026: the licence details in the FAQ, the general terms (version 14-MC-EN, updated 4 March 2026), the bonus conditions, the withdrawal limits page and the lobby data. We did not deposit, and we are an independent review desk, not the operator. Where two of its own pages disagree, we quote both. Searches for Boo Casino CA lead to the same boocasino.com domain, which serves Canadian visitors an en-ca version.
The bonus fine print has its own page, our Boo Casino bonus guide, and the browser install is covered in the Boo app guide. This page follows the money: who holds the Boo Casino licence, what a euro-priced cashier costs a CAD account, and how long a payout takes.
Casino gambling is for adults, meaning 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The operator's own minimum is 18, or the local age of majority where that is higher.
A Maltese licence behind Boo Casino online
Green Feather Online Limited runs the site. It is a Malta company, registration C80735, based at the Elite Business Centre in Msida. Its licence from the Malta Gaming Authority carries the number MGA/B2C/445/2017 and was issued on 16 January 2019. So when people ask whether the Boo Casino online brand is a fly-by-night operation, the paperwork points the other way: more than seven years under a European regulator, with a named company and address behind the casino. Boo is the trading name; Green Feather is the company you contract with.

What does that licence change in practice? Three things. The terms carry a version number and a date, so you know which rulebook you accepted. Complaints have a stated route: the general terms promise a final answer within 10 working days, extendable by 10, and then let you take a dispute to the eCOGRA ADR service or to the MGA's player support portal. And Boo Casino says its games are certified as fair under the MGA; that is the operator's claim, and we did not audit it.
What it does not change is just as important. A Maltese licence is not a provincial one. The site shows no AGCO registration and no iGaming Ontario listing, and none of the pages we captured mentions a Canadian province. This Boo Casino review is written for players in the rest of Canada, not in Ontario. We also did not look the number up in the MGA register ourselves; it is published by the operator.
A word on Boo Casino sister sites, since many searches ask for them. The footer's Casino column links to three other brands, bCasino, Galactic Wins and Mr Fortune, through tracking links of OhMyPartners, the affiliate programme also listed there. The site does not say who runs them; the responsible gaming policy only speaks of "our sites" and asks you to self-exclude on each one separately.
A cashier priced in euros, an account in dollars
You pick the account currency during registration, and Canadian dollars are one of the options named in the terms. That is where the Canadian treatment ends. Deposit thresholds, bet limits, bonus caps and payout ceilings are all published in euros, usually with the words "or equivalent". We quote them the same way below and do not convert them, because the rate you get is set by Boo Casino on the day.

| Item | What the operator publishes | What it means for a CAD account |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | Usually €10–30, by method | The CAD figure appears only in the cashier after login |
| Maximum deposit | €7,000 per transaction | Converted at the casino's rate |
| Deposit in another currency | Casino's exchange rate, may include a small conversion fee | Fund the account in the currency it runs in |
| Payout currency | May be processed in another currency at the casino's rate | Your bank may convert a second time |
| Changing currency | Through support, possibly with a new account | Balance moved at the casino's rate |
| Comp points | 1 point per 10 CAD (or EUR, USD) wagered; 100 points = 1 unit | The one rule written with CAD in it |
The practical rule follows from the table. Choose CAD at sign-up and make each Boo Casino deposit from a Canadian-dollar source, so that no conversion happens on the way in. Changing your mind later is not a setting you flip; the terms send you to support and may require a fresh account.
Which methods can you use? Debit and credit cards, online wallets and bank transfers are the families named in the terms, and the home page speaks of over 20 methods. Interac is present in the Boo Casino payments windows, where the deposit and withdrawal dialogs both carry the Interac trade-mark notice. For an Interac payout you enter the email and phone number linked to your bank. The full list of methods, with their own minimums and maximums, is shown only after you log in, so we cannot print a method-by-method table from public pages. The Boo Casino minimum deposit therefore depends on the method, usually between €10 and €30.
Payout speed: Boo Casino withdrawal time and limits
The processing target is three working days. The word target matters: the terms add that the operator is not liable if it takes longer. After approval, online wallets are described as instant, while cards and bank transfers may take up to four working days to arrive. Put the two together and a Boo Casino withdrawal to a card can reasonably take up to seven working days, before counting verification. Progressive jackpot wins can need a further fourteen days.
| Limit | Amount (or equivalent) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 | Withdrawal Limits page |
| Winnings you can withdraw per month | €15,000 | Withdrawal Limits page |
| Winnings per day (GMT calendar day) | €100,000 | General terms, section 9 |
| Free spin and cash spin promotions | €100 maximum payout | Withdrawal Limits page |
| Bonus promotions | €1,000 maximum payout | Withdrawal Limits page |
| Instant Cash promotions | €2,000 maximum payout | Withdrawal Limits page |
| Cashback promotions and comp points | €5,000 maximum payout each | Withdrawal Limits page |
The monthly figure deserves attention. A big win on an ordinary slot does not leave in one transfer; a request above the 30-day limit is declined and the money goes back to your balance, and you file again within the limit. The promotion ceilings work differently: they cut off what a Boo Casino bonus can ever turn into, and the excess is removed when wagering ends.
Now the clause that most reviews skip. If deposited or credited money has not been played through at least three times, the operator may keep an administrative fee of 15%, with a minimum of €10, on the withdrawal. The FAQ, meanwhile, states that you will never be charged for a withdrawal. Both texts sit on the same site; the general terms are the binding document, so plan around the fee. Wager a deposit three times before cashing it out, even without a bonus.
Two more rules shape Boo Casino withdrawals. A payout goes back first to the method you deposited with, and Boo Casino may insist on a bank account or card in your own name. And the payout currency can differ from your account currency, at the casino's rate, as noted in the cashier section above.
Registration, login and the verification file
Boo Casino registration is a two-step form on the same domain. The sign-up asks for your details and, importantly, your account currency. The terms allow one account per person, and also per household, address, email, payment account and device, so a shared family computer can become a problem. The Boo Casino sign up button in the header opens that form; there is no separate Canadian address.
The Boo Casino login uses your username and password; the FAQ points to the "Forgot Password?" link for resets and to support if the problem persists. For a Boo Casino Canada login you use that same page. We give no advice on reaching the site through location-masking tools, which the terms treat as grounds to block an account.
Verification is where a European operator shows its paperwork culture. The terms apply Know Your Customer checks to every player who deposits, and the list of possible requests is longer than most:
- personal details, address and the payment accounts you use;
- a verification letter sent by post, a phone call or a chat check;
- a Source of Funds declaration, with salary slips or bank statements;
- a credit check through third-party agencies.
If a check fails or documents do not arrive, the account can be suspended and funds frozen until the file is complete. Requested documents are due within seven days, and missing that deadline lets the operator close the account and void winnings. Boo Casino documents are uploaded in the account's Upload Documents section. Our advice for a Boocasino login you intend to use for real money: send ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal, not after it.
The Boo Casino bonus offers, in brief
The Boo Casino welcome package is advertised as up to €1,000 plus 150 free spins across three deposits, with a €20 minimum. The percentage for each deposit is not published. Two details make us cautious: the page's meta description still reads "100% up to €500 + 50 Free Spins", and the welcome conditions are dated to a promotion period running from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
The rules underneath are strict but readable. Bonus money carries 40x wagering on the bonus plus the deposit, and Boo Casino free spins winnings 25x. The maximum bet is €4 per spin or 10% of the bonus, whichever is lower. A bonus can expire seven days after it is credited, and none is given if your balance is above €1 when you deposit. Buying features is forbidden while wagering, and the welcome win cap is €1,000.
Beyond the welcome offer, Boo Casino promotions include reloads for most days of the week and a Pick My Bonus menu with no use limit. There is a 10% Boo Casino cashback on Pragmatic Play Live losses from Wednesday to Friday, and a VIP cashback from 5% at Silver to 20% at Black. The full breakdown, with the arithmetic and each cap, is on the bonus page.
Boo Casino games: 7,134 in the lobby, "over 5000" in the copy
The marketing text says over 5000 casino games. The lobby data we counted returns 7,134, from around 50 providers delivered through the Groove aggregator. The larger number is the one the Boo online casino lobby actually serves.

| Category | Titles |
|---|---|
| Video slots | 5,789 |
| Hold & Win | 1,089 |
| Bonus buy | 1,014 |
| Classic slots | 551 |
| Live blackjack | 275 |
| Megaways | 152 |
| Table games | 142 |
| Live roulette | 54 |
| Crash games | 85 |
| Video poker / scratch | 43 / 29 |
By volume, the biggest Boo Casino slots blocks come from Pragmatic Play (1,025 titles) and a group the platform labels QMG (1,031), most likely Games Global's catalogue. Spinomenal, Play'n GO, Wazdan, Amusnet and Betsoft follow. Categories overlap, so the rows do not add up to the total. In the live section, Boo Casino blackjack alone accounts for 275 tables, next to 54 roulette tables and 11 game shows. The lobby also holds a separate Canada selection of 87 titles and a Sports section.
There is one cross-check with the bonus rules. Those 1,014 bonus-buy games cannot be used for their feature purchase while a bonus is being wagered. If buying features is how you like to play, the Boo Casino live tables and slots are better played with cash only.
Playing from a phone
There is no store listing. The site offers to install itself from the browser, in the operator's words "No app store. No download." No bonus is attached to the install, and the operator publishes no step-by-step guide per platform. The Boo Casino mobile version keeps the cashier, the euro amounts and the limits unchanged. Our Boo Casino app page walks through adding the site to the home screen on Android and iPhone.
Support: chat, email and a "24/7" the FAQ undercuts
Contact with Boo Casino support runs through live chat and email at [email protected]. No phone line is listed. The withdrawal window tells you to contact "Support 24/7", yet the FAQ admits that the chat may be closed when you try it and suggests email instead. For anything involving a withdrawal or a document request, write by email so you keep a record.
Limits, time-outs and the 24-hour rule
Most responsible gaming tools sit in the account rather than behind a support request. You can cap deposits, bets and losses per day, week or month. Tightening a limit applies at once; loosening or removing it waits 24 hours. A reality check can pop up at set intervals, and there are time-outs and self-exclusion. The FAQ gives the self-service exclusion range as 6 days to 5 years, while the general terms send a request for an indefinite exclusion to support. Ending a time-out or exclusion early is possible through support, but only after a seven-day cooling-off period.
These tools apply per site. The site's 18+ line names Gamblingtherapy.org, the policy points to Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, and help lines for Canadian provinces are listed at the bottom of this page. Set a deposit limit before the first deposit, when it is easiest to be realistic.
How we scored it
Six areas, each out of ten, and an overall score that is their plain average. The weakest area is the Boo Casino payments side, for the reasons above; the strongest is the game library. The axes follow the questions a Boo Casino review should answer for Canada.
| Bonuses | 7.5/10 | |
| Payments & withdrawals | 6.0/10 | |
| Game library | 8.0/10 | |
| Mobile & app | 6.5/10 | |
| Licence & trust | 7.5/10 | |
| Support | 6.5/10 |

Boo Casino Canada FAQ
Is Boo Casino legit?
It is run by Green Feather Online Limited in Malta and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/445/2017 since 16 January 2019. That is a real European licence, not a provincial one, and we took the number from the operator's FAQ rather than the regulator's register.
Can I hold my balance in Canadian dollars?
Yes, CAD is one of the account currencies you can choose at registration. Offers, limits and caps are still published in euros "or equivalent", and the CAD figure for a method appears only in the cashier.
How long does a Boo Casino withdrawal take?
The operator aims to process requests within three working days. Cards and bank transfers can then take up to four working days, and online wallets are described as instant once processed. Verification comes first.
Are there fees on withdrawals?
The FAQ says no, but the general terms allow a 15% fee, minimum €10, when deposited money has not been played through at least three times. Wagering each deposit three times with ordinary bets avoids that clause; minimal-risk bets such as covering red and black may not count.
What is the smallest amount I can cash out?
€20 or the equivalent in your account currency. Monthly withdrawals of winnings are limited to €15,000.
Which documents can Boo Casino ask for?
ID, proof of address and proof of your payment accounts, and possibly a Source of Funds declaration with payslips or bank statements. The terms also allow a postal letter, a phone call and a credit check.
Does Boo Casino serve players in Ontario?
We found no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario listing on the site, so we do not recommend it to Ontario residents. This review addresses players elsewhere in Canada.
Is there a French version of the site?
Our check covered the English Canadian version, and we could not confirm a French interface on the casino itself. This review, on the other hand, is available in French.
Our Boo Casino verdict: a sound licence, a cashier to handle with care
Boo Casino is a Malta-licensed operator with more than seven years under the MGA, a large lobby and a rulebook that states its version and date. Its weak side is not hidden, just written in euros: conversion at the casino's rate, a 15% fee on money not played through three times, a €15,000 monthly cap and a payout that can take up to seven working days on a card.
It suits a patient player who opens the account in CAD, deposits from a matching source, verifies early and wagers each deposit three times. It suits less well someone who wants CAD figures on every page or a same-day payout. Our Boo Casino rating is 7.0 out of 10.
